CONDITIONS AND REGULATIONS
1. Marina grounds, boat basins, washrooms and showers may be used by boat owner/owners, patrons and their guests for designated purposes, but must be kept clean and orderly. Patrons are responsible for the proper behaviour of their children and guests.

2. All pets must be kept under control at all times.

3. Operation of vessels in the harbour must be in compliance with safe boating rules, and environmental regulations and with full consideration of other boaters. The speed limit of 5 kph (no wake) shall be observed by all boaters within the harbour areas.

4. Any persons using any Silver Harbour Marine Resort facilities, whether the same be boat owner, his servants, agents or invitees do so at their own risk. Silver Harbour Marine Resort shall not be responsible for any damage or injury sustained by such person.

5. All boats, trailers, and cradles at Silver Harbour Marina Resort’s premises, or being hoisted, lifted, or handled by Silver Harbour Marine Resort’s servants or agents shall be at the OWNER’S RISK and Silver Harbour Marine Resort shall not be responsible, under any circumstances, for any loss or damage caused or sustained by such boats, trailers or cradles whether the same be caused by the negligence of Silver Harbour Marine Resort, its servants or agents or otherwise.

6. A boat owner registered as a user of a designated slip will be the sole user of that slip and will not lend, rent or permit that slip to be used by anyone else without prior approval and arrangements made with management.

7. Vessels moored at Silver Harbour Marine Resort shall not be used for charter without prior approval of management.

8. The boat owner/owners, or patrons shall be liable for any loss, damage, or destruction caused by negligence of Silver Harbour Marine Resort’s property.

9. Boat owners who have their boats listed privately for sale, are not permitted to use any Silver Harbour Marine Resort property or facilities for signage advertising (except onboard signage ) unless approved by management. All boat showings must be accompanied by the owner. Also, no boat brokers or salespersons are permitted to use Silver Harbour Marine Resort facilities unless approved by management.
